My in-person office is location in Santa Clarita, California close to Valencia High School.

Online therapy is straightforward and convenient. Once your first session is scheduled and your intake paperwork is completed, you’ll receive a secure link via email or text to join your virtual session. Be sure to choose a quiet, private space for our conversation.

Yes. Typically my in-person session are available by appointment only on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I accept some insurance panels such as Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Anthem BC of California, BCBS of Massachusetts (Virtual Only), Horizon BCBS of New Jersey (Virtual Only), Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health. Your copy will be processed at time of your session.
Cash Pay/Private Pay rates: $200/session. Per your request, a superbill will be provided to you for potential reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance to verify your benefits.

Your first session, known as an "intake" session, is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your family history, any previous counseling experiences, and the specific areas where you’re seeking support.

That’s a great question, and the answer is entirely up to you. I don’t come to sessions with a predetermined agenda—you set the pace and direction. The length of therapy depends on how much work you're willing to put in. My role is to guide and support you as you explore your new sense of self, curiosity, and confidence.
